We welcome your urgent requests
We will accept requests for, and provisionally confirm, any urgent request. We will try our very best to arrange these short notice services, because we do want your business.
Often we can arrange it. But if we are not able to confirm the booking prior to the service’s start time, and if the service is not given, then we will make a refund of the service fee paid.

How much time do we need for?
It depends on the airport, the time of day when we receive the urgent request, and the type of service requested. We have to be sure there are staff available at that time, and that we have enough time to submit the special handling request to Border Control and Airport Security.
Most Airports want 48 hours notice, but in fact services can usually be arranged if we have just 24 hours notice before the service start time. And in some airports it can be as little at 6 hours.

Is there any short notice surcharge?
We may have to add a short notice surcharge for your urgent request, particularly when our local partners have to bring is extra staff or make special arrangements at short notice (usually less than 48 hours).
We will always advise you of any such extra charge during the booking process. We will try our best to serve you because we are glad to have your business!

Is my urgent request all confirmed?
For services that are requested less that 48 hours ahead we will give a provisional confirmation, pending our airport team confirming to us that they do have staff available and can get the necessary approvals.
Usually we are able to arrange short notice orders. In rare cases where we cannot we will tell youhen we will make a refund of the service fee paid.
