Last Minute Requests
We will accept requests for, and provisionally confirm, urgent orders. We will try our very best to arrange these short notice services, because we want your business.
Usually we can. But if we are not able to confirm the booking prior to the service's start time, and if the service is not given, then we will make a full and immediate refund.
How much time is needed?
It depends on the airport, the time of day when we receive the request, and the type of service requested. We have to be sure there are staff available at that time, and that we have enought time to submit the special handling request to Border Control and Airport Security.
Most Airports like 48 hours notice, but in fact services can usually be arranged if we have just 24 hours notice before the service start time. And in some airports it can be as little at 6 hours.
Is there a short notice surcharge?
From time to time, particularly at peak travel times, we may need to add a short notice surcharge, particularly when our local partners have to bring is extra staff at short notice (usually less than 24 hours). We will always advise you of any such extra charge during the booking.
Other than those case we do not add a short notice surcharge, as we are glad to have your business!
Is the urgent order I placed confirmed?
YYes, with conditions. For services that are requested less that 48 hours ahead we will give a provisional confirmation, pending our affiliate confirming to us that they do have staff available and can get approvals.
So almost always we are able to arrange an urgent service for you. In those rare cases where we cannot we will tell you right away make a full and immediate refund of your payment.
