For the Singapore Airport Meet and Greet service, we will meet you at your gate (meaning the airbridge or jetway) that connects the aircraft to the terminal building. And for departures we will meet you at the kerbside as your car drivers up to the drop off zone.
Our helpful Singaporean greeters will then escort you all the way to your car and driver, or to the gate if you are departing . And for connections they will help you between the arrival gate, transit desk, airline lounge and departure gate; or if you have to collect your bag and check in again, with that process too. As they know the airport well, they will be able to help you as quickly as possible through the Border Controls clearances for international arrivals and departures. There are no domestic flights into or out of Singapore.
There are a selection of comfortable lounges in terminals 1,2,3 and 4. for passengers who cannot use an airline or membership lounge. There is also a private and luxury VVIP terminal option too with a buggy or even a tarmac transfer. Please ask us.
