How to book Fast Track Airport meet and assist. A simple 5 step guide.
1. See services & prices
Read all the options on our website. If you book online, you can see the prices and services for the Airport through which you are passing. If you prefer you can receive this information in an E-mail. Just contact us through the a request a quote form, and we will reply with the details, options and costs by return e-mail. You can also chat with us, or call/message us using WhatsApp (WhatsApp is for initial enquiries – bookings still have to be made by E-mail or on our Booking Tool. Book Fast Track.
2. Place your order
After reviewing the options or a quote, just order the meet greet service. Give us the date, flight & passenger information. We will tell you the final cost, and generate a payment link.
3. Pay with a card
We accept Credit, Debit and Charge cards. We use STRIPE which is a secure PCI compliant third-party payment gateway. You enter your card details into it, we never ask for and we never see any your private or card information. All our prices are shown and charged in USD. 4. Receive a confirmation
We will send a confirmation E-mail containing the details of the service you ordered for the meet greet reservation. Also, there will be a link to a special chat line direct to our book meet assist dispatch and rez team control centre.
5. Receive the final details
Greeters often use radios and not cell phones. When we confirm your booking we will send the local airport supervisor number to call just in case there is a problem. That is it, everything is done.
